Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 11, 2026
RollersLAB Inc. (the "Company", "we") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.
Article 1 (Purposes of Processing)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it beyond these purposes. If a purpose changes, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, as required by applicable law.
- Generating and displaying interpretive content such as compatibility readings
- Saving, viewing, and sharing reading results
- Confirming intent to register, identifying members, and maintaining membership
- Preventing abuse and keeping the Service secure
- Improving the Service and developing new features
Article 2 (Items Collected and Collection Methods)
The personal information the Company processes is as follows.

We do not separately ask you to enter an email address or phone number, and we do not collect resident registration numbers or other sensitive information.
Article 3 (Retention Periods)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention period required by law or consented to at the time of collection.

Where retention is required by applicable laws, the information is kept for the period prescribed by those laws and is not used for any other purpose.
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope set out in Article 1 and provides it to third parties only with the data subject's consent or where specifically permitted by law. The Company currently does not provide personal information to any third party.
Article 5 (Outsourcing and International Transfer)
The Company entrusts the following processing tasks to provide the Service. Where a processor is an overseas business, personal information may be processed abroad to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

When concluding outsourcing contracts, the Company stipulates prohibitions on processing beyond the entrusted purpose and technical and managerial safeguards, and supervises whether processors handle personal information safely.
You may refuse the international transfer of your personal information by contacting the privacy officer under Article 11; in that case, use of all or part of the Service may be limited.
Kakao and Google social login and the KakaoTalk sharing feature are services of their respective providers, and each provider's privacy policy also applies when you use them.
Article 6 (Destruction Procedure and Method)
(1) The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiry of the retention period or fulfillment of the processing purpose.
(2) Original birth date, birth time, and birthplace inputs are destroyed automatically by the system upon expiry of the retention period (24 hours).
(3) Personal information stored in electronic files is permanently deleted using technical methods that make the records irrecoverable.
Article 7 (Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
(1) Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information.
(2) Rights may be exercised in writing or by email via support@k-emistry.com, and the Company will act on requests without delay.
(3) Rights may be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent; in that case, documents evidencing lawful authorization must be submitted.
(4) Requests for access or suspension of processing may be limited under applicable provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 8 (Security Measures)
The Company takes the following measures to secure personal information.
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Hashed storage of result view tokens
- Isolated storage and 24-hour automatic deletion of original birth inputs
- Controlled and minimized access to the database
- Management of access logs for systems that process personal information
Article 9 (Cookies)
(1) The Company uses only the minimum cookies necessary to provide the Service — maintaining language preference, confirming invite-code status, and allowing you to view your own reading results. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling.
(2) You may refuse cookies through your browser settings; doing so may limit some features of the Service.
Article 10 (Children's Personal Information)
The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14, and the Service is intended for users aged 18 or older. If we learn that personal information of a child under 14 has been collected, we will destroy it without delay.
Article 11 (Privacy Officer)
The Company designates the following privacy officer to take overall responsibility for the processing of personal information and to handle related complaints and remedies.

Data subjects may direct any privacy-related inquiries, complaints, or requests for remedy arising from use of the Service to the privacy officer, and the Company will respond and act without delay.
Article 12 (Remedies for Infringement)
Data subjects may apply for dispute resolution or consultation with the following Korean authorities to obtain remedies for infringement of personal information.

Article 13 (Changes to This Policy)
(1) This Privacy Policy applies from June 11, 2026.
(2) If contents are added, deleted, or amended due to changes in laws, policies, or the Service, the changes will be announced through a notice in the Service at least 7 days before they take effect. The same applies if outsourced processing changes, such as upon introduction of AI-generated narrative features.
